RETURNS

We gladly accept unworn and unwashed regular-priced merchandise returned within 3 calendar days of receipt for store credit only.

To be eligible for store credit, the item(s) must have been purchased through our website and have not been worn, washed, or altered and with all tags attached, and accompanied by the original packaging.

* In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products in the following categories: swimwear.

* Please be mindful of make up, tanning products, strong perfumes and deodorant. We will not accept any garments that have stains or scents from trying on.

Please note that only full-priced items are eligible for store credit. All items purchased on sale or at a discounted price during a sale period are considered Final Sale.

Store credit is a one-time discount code that must be used in a single purchase. Any unused amount will be forfeited.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@dezertmango.com with your order number in the subject field . If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange an appointment for the merchandise to be brought to our location.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately with a specific reason for the cancellation. During sale periods, we do not allow any changes. Before proceeding to checkout, please review your order carefully to avoid any issues.

 

DAMAGES + ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you were given the wrong item. We kindly request that you provide us with your name, order number, and a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item(s) so that we may assist you in resolving the issue.
